Joseph has held management positions with large and small firms such as: Bank of America, PNC Financial, E-fax Communications, MovingBytes, Qordia Communication, Inc., Lithium Technologies, and Financial Visions. He holds an MBA in finance from Boston University and a BA in Economics from SUNY at Buffalo. Joseph founded and was the CEO of E-fax Communications, Inc.   His range of expertise includes social networking, internet and telecommunications based services, and financial services.  In addition to his work at TVAG, he is a director of iZoca.com. In 2008, Joseph lead the successful turnaround of a web 2.0 firm, which he then sold via a private equity transaction financed by Kayne Anderson.

Doug is an accomplished high tech executive having led high tech start-up companies from inception to successful outcomes by delivering technology, partnerships and sales. Leveraging a deep understanding of software technologies with strong operational management skills, Doug drives companies to innovation and success in the marketplace. Most recently, he led Pictopia, the leading photo eCommerce company – first as COO/VP Engineering then as President. Previous positions include: CEO of ResExpress, a Web-based travel reservation system; VP of Sales and Marketing at Capital Technologies/SiteRock; VP of Engineering and other management roles at WESCO, a leading provider of Electronic Document Management services to Fortune 500 companies. He has also held Board and advisory positions for several eCommerce and software companies and been an adjunct faculty member of City College San Francisco. Doug’s leadership was instrumental in WESCO’s acquisition by IKON Office Solutions, and the ResExpress acquisition by Design Hotels, a German hospitality company. He holds an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Mathematics both from Brown University.
